You guys are great! Once you try it you will be amazed because the sweet watermelon really complements the spicy cinnamon! Try to get really fresh and zesty cinnamon too!
I will have to try this! Your very right cinnamon does have alot of health benefits but I scramble with ways to use it. I don't eat alot of bread or pancakes. I stopped eating white rice. I do use it in eggs but I don't eat eggs everyday either. So I hope I like this! Wow the interesting things people blog about right?!
I eat it on everything else, need to go get a watermelon and try it. Thanks for the great idea!

Georgina - I love cinnamon on everything but have never tried it on watermelon. What a great idea! I put it on sliced apples with splenda for a low calorie treat!
