This is the stunningly gorgeous L'Escale.  I had the huge honor of staging this week.  Kelly Builders has done an amazing job with this home.  I admit that I am in multi-million dollar homes on a regular basis and this is one of the few I really wanted to buy myself.  The details in this home are TO DIE FOR, as are the views.  Take a look at my RES below & then a photo I took regarding the history of the property.

If you are looking for a beautiful home - or second home look no further - this home is absolutely amazing!  Wendy Kelly of Keller Williams is the agent representing the home.

If you are trying to sell a multi-million dollar home & are finding the market a little tougher then look again to see how we helped this home show off at it's best!  Call First Impressions Home Staging & Interior ReDesign today!

Update:  I went to an open house for this property and met several agents.  One of them advised me that they loved the staging in this house so much they were going to fire the stager they were planning on hiring for an upcoming job and hire me.  Now normally this would send red flags up, but we talked about this more & the reason for this was going to be that the other stager requires them to purchase the furniture whereas my company rents the furniture.

The agent/owner for this home said a lot of agents were impressed & to expect a busy week of phone calls!  I love it when the agents help promote you!

This is a fabulous property  and I like the staging very much - I assume everything in it  is yours? Except the chicken and painting, of course.

The rooster, painting & farmhouse table are not mine, everything else is..... I actually had to pull the sofa out of my bedroom for this house.  It was the best selection for the property.

I do that too , when necessary, and  sometimes that is where the best things end up - in my house.

Melissa - this is by far my favorite of the properties you've staged - it could be all that the house offers and the perfect way you've merchandised and RES'd it, but I'm wishing I could have that home!

This is my favorite home I've ever staged & the only one that I ever wanted to buy myself.  Unfortunately I don't have $3M to spend on a home at this time... sigh... it really is gorgeous though...
