Yesterday, Sunday.. I did an open house at a listing we have in the gated enclave of Estate Antigua which is located on Lincoln Boulevard nestled in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. This 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Home has amazing views of the Mountain Preserve, Camelback Mountain and the City skyline. The floorplan is spacious with soaring ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, Fireplace, wet bar, and loads of potential! The kitchen needs some updating but is large and offers awesome views, separate entry to the front cortyard and the utility room. The Master bedroom has the Mountain views and also has a den or master retreat. This Master sitting area, has access to the deck and a fireplace. A lot of visitors to the home have commented that this room could be turned into a 3rd bedroom or a separate office, you could easily put double doors from the hallway into this room, that would give the floorplan one more room!
The community of Estate Antigua has two pools, tennis courts, walking paths and access to the Phoenix Mountain Preserve Trails. The community has a Mediterranean feel as the homes are painted white with tile roofs. The open house started slow.. But I had a some very interested people come by. It's always really interesting to hear what people would do to a home, how they would change it, remodel, add-on, etc. As a Real Estate Agent I love to hear what people would do to a property to make it their own! I have sat this home on three other occasions and everyone who stops by has something new to add that I haven't heard before.
