Welcome to Strawtown Farms in Woodbury, NY!
This community was built in 2001. It consists of three level townhouses which have 2 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms and 1 to 2 full bathrooms and one or two half bathrooms. The square footage for these units is 1569 square feet. Some of the units have finished walk-out basements which adds to the square footage of the units. Some of the units have fireplaces. All of them have attached 2 car garages with room for more cars on the driveway in front of the garage, as you can see from the picture above.
The townhomes are spacious, light and bright and they have open floor plans.
The units have both eat-in-kitchens and large living room/dining room combinations.
The Master Bedrooms have walk-in closets and their own individual full bathroom. There is a second bedroom with its own full bath and walk-in closet, too.
The units have spacious decks and some of them face private, wooded areas and others have stunning mountain views.

The commute from Strawtown Farms to New York City is very convenient. There is a bus nearby that will take you to Manhattan's Port Authority. The Harriman railroad station is close by too. Many major roadways are available to commuters as well, including the NYS thruway (I-87), Route 32, Route 17, and Route 6.
The Woodbury Commons Premier Outlets shopping center is a few minutes away and there are many other shopping areas near Strawtown Farms.
The amenities at Strawtown Farms include the Woodbury recreational facilities available to Woodbury residents. There is a lake with a beach where you can enjoy swimming and boating, many hiking trails and ball fields. This lake is a short distance up the road from the Strawtown Farms development. There is another location in Woodbury which offers a public swimming pool, volley ball courts, ping pong, paddle ball, a playground and more!
As a pet lover I am happy to say that pets are allowed in the Strawtown townhouse complex!
At the time of the writing of this article there are 7 townhouses on the market, ranging in list price from $258,000 to $285,000.
Between January 1, 2011 and the time of the writing of this article, one townhome sold for $255,000. In 2010, two of the townhouses sold for $295,000 and $300,000 respectively.
