In our worldwide web of interactions things change, again, and again, and again.  To be a consistent source of information and provide effectiveness you need to stay on top of the changes, or help move with them.  Sometime this means doing your own research and being that source, and sometimes you might just be lucky enough to have someone be the source for you.

 

I wrote a post in November 2009 "5 Tips on Choosing the Right Day to Market Your Real Estate Services Online" which called for:

  1. Tweeting Midweek
  2. Publishing Blog Posts Midweek
  3. NOT emailing on Saturdays
  4. Engaging Facebook Fans on Tuesdays
  5. Interacting on LinkedIn in the Mornings

But 2009 is so eons ago online....here's the update in Dan Zarella's "The Science of Timing"

This is excellent advise.  To be able to do this you would have set it up on automatic as this is the only way it work for me but it can be done.

Does anyone Remember way back to 2008 here in America? In October of that year, EVERYTHING Started to Fall OFF the Edge!!! The Stock Market, that Hit an All Time High, of 14,000 a Year ago in October of 2007 there, in October, was at 8,300 then!! Crazy, Yes! Well, 5 Years Later, we are Finally Starting to Dig Out of that Mess now. A Lot of those Old Mortgage Programs are Starting to come Back now, at Higher Rates, for Sub-Prime Borrowers though Obviously. But the Banks are Finally Starting to Behave now too.
