Lovely complex. Not FHA approved has been a real killer for some of our are condominium projects. I hope people just go regular financing or better yet .. cash! All the best to you in hopefully selling some units.
Jim, I must say...you know and have so much information about the San Diego Mission Valley Terraces and the condominium market in San Diego. It is really amazing. One of the best sources for real estate information.
Hi Jim: Low HOA fees, and very nice....probably a lot of cash buyers will find these lower prices great for investment or retirement!
