Within the last couple of months, there has been overtures from Fannie Mae ans Frddie Mac allowing four familes to have the money the need to close. All the markets in Milwaukee County, Waukesha County, Ozaukee County, Washington County, walworth County, Racine County, Sheboygan County, and Manitowoc Counties all have fine rentals with the prices tapering down to where they should be.
