Grand Opening Celebration at Newest Lennar Community - Regency in Parker.

lennarThursday, August 11th from 11:30 - 1:30, Lennar will be hosting a grand opening celebration at their newest community, Regency in Parker for local area Realtors.  They are introducing their next generation of living with "ei" Everything Included Homes.

Lennar provides homebuyers quality homes with everything included in the sales price.  They don't send you to the design center only to come out with sticker shock and the realization that the home you thought you were paying $280,000 for is really $375,000.  As you browse though the models, you will see signs indicating that the features are INCLUDED in the home at the advertised sales price.

Lennar will be providing lunch from Maggiano's Italian restaurant and everyone will qualify for door prizes. 

Bring your business cards and stop by the sales office.  Karla Knapp and Judy Guadagnoli, New Homekarla and judy Consultants, will be there to great you and tell you all about Lennar's Regency in Parker.

Go east on Chambers to Main Street and turn left, right on Newlin Gulch to Welcome Home Center.

Belinda -- a very smart idea by Lennar to show models where "everything is included".   We do not have much new construction in our area but the number of "options" in some complexes can certainly drive up a price and scare many homebuyers.
