Cape Henlopen School District, drawing students from Dewey Beach to Milton, DE, has a new superintendent, Dr. Kevin E. Carson.  Dr. Carson has had the summer to prepare himself and the district for the first bell on the Opening Day of School, September 6, 2011.  So gather those backpacks, lunch boxes, composition books, new sneakers and, oh yes, your students, and get ready for a fantastic school year!
