Builders working with investors

I have recently come across quite a few builders who are building beautiful homes only to find out that these homes have not been purchased by people intending to reside in them but soley for investment reasons. I'm okay with this and frankly don't care why the homes are being built. What I want to know is how does a Realtor brreak the barriers and find out who these investors are so that we can solicit their business and list these homes?
