Unfortunately many persons think there is very little happening in the sale of real estate in Lancaster. The negativity of all that is happening in our country has seized the hearts and minds of too many.

Some may find it amazing with the perceived negative market that there are multiple offers on properties, but it is happening. With interest rates at unbelievably low levels, there is a great window of opportunity to buy a home in Lancaster, PA.

We are seeing the same thing here. Some houses are getting multiple offers. The buyers are out there, but they are super aggressive on price. They have the upper hand and they know it.
