What's New At Realtyfive.com pt. 2

I started a small series of posts to highlight some of the changes in realtyfive.com and how it is now much more than just to find homes for sale in Defiance Ohio and the surrounding communities.  So, today I continue with the series. 

I mentioned the two most obvious changes the design element and the addition of having this blog on our site.  Today I want to highlight how someone can search for a home in Northwest Ohio. 

There are several different approaches to doing a home search on Realtyfive.com.  On the home page of the website there are five options to begin a home search. 

The first option is to click the link on the menu across the top of the page called "Our Listings".  This link will take you to homes that are specifically listed by Realty Five of Defiance.  They can be located anywhere in Northwest ohio.  The second option is to click the "Search Homes" link on the menu.  This link will take you to an advanced home search page that gives you many ways to search for a home. You can make your search as detailed as you like.  The third option is to simply click on the picture of the house that says, "Find a home".  This too will take to you a detailed home search page.  Next, the fourth option is to use the Property Quick Search form on the right side of the page.  It's a simple search that narrows down the listings using only a few search detail options.  Finally, the fifth way to search for a home is to use the link called "Listing ID Search" under the title "Search by MLS #".  Sometimes you may have acquired the MLS number for a property through another source such as the homes magazine or other print advertising.  You can use this link to take you directly to a spot to enter that number to find out more information about that particular home.

As you can see, if you are trying to find a home for sale in Defiance or any of the surrounding communities then Realtyfive.com is one powerful site to do your home search on.
