OK, so our guys in DC can’t seem to get it together and don’t act on the debt ceiling until the last minute. Our stock market has more ups and downs than a Six Flags roller coaster and Europe is a mess. Holy guacamole.
So, the FED meets and agrees to keep rates low for an unprecedented 2 years. And, without missing a beat, every loan officer I know and a bunch that I don’t know has sent me email announcing “mortgage rates hit all time low!”
I love it when someone broadcasts good news, even if it’s broadcast emails. So, I’m going to do the same thing with my client base. So, while DC and apparently much of the rest of the world can’t get it together, the real estate community marches on, turning the economy around and making dreams come true – one homeowner at a time.
