Back to School – Sports Calendar Katy ISD Varsity Football District 19 5A
Are you ready for some FOOTBALL?I know I am and I really can’t wait. My step-son plays on the Seven Lakes Spartans Varsity Football team and he is a linebacker. The Sports Calendar Katy ISD Varsity Football District 19 5A is shown below for this soon to be here season. Fall practice for the Seven Lakes Spartans started this week and I am sure all the other teams in our district have all started practice. This district includes all the Katy ISD high schools plus Memorial and Strake Jesuit. The last two teams I just mentioned were added to the district last year and all of their sports teams are excellent. All of these teams in this district are good and in my opinion this is one of the toughest districts in the whole state. Katy and Cinco Ranch once again are the favorites but Memorial will also have an excellent team coming back after they went deep into the state playoffs last year.
High school football in Texas is a spectacular event which needs to be attended by someone so they can appreciate what I mean. All of us who have been to a game know exactly what I am talking about. If you are planning to look at homes for sale or homes for rent in Katy, Texas area and want to see a game while you are here house hunting or working your new job contact me and I will get us tickets and take you and your family to a game. Then you can fully appreciate what high football is like in Texas. I am not saying that High School football is not a special deal in other parts of the country but I am saying it is something everyone who likes high sports should take the time to see and enjoy while living or visiting Texas.
