Gloria:  That is always an exciting time when a builder opens up their model home sales center for the first time.  Love to see some follow-up pictures... if you could.

Also... that one large paragraph in your post would read much easier if you separated it into perhaps four or five smaller paragraphs.  Much easier for my older set of eyeballs.  :)
