Martha Stewart joins KB Homes in metro Atlanta

Martha Stewart joins KB Homes in building a community called Wynchase in Woodstock, GA. This is the second Martha Stewart/KB Homes community in metro Atlanta. The first one, Hampton Oaks, opened in July of this year in Fairburn, GA.

Wynchase is scheduled to open in the Spring of 2007 and will have 183 homes. Prices will start in the high $200,000's.

I wonder what accessory line might be shown to us in the model home?

Laurie that sounds great I wonder if she has a stock pick for the people who buy homes in that community

Hummm, KB homes was listed as defaulting on a loan in October. |Guess they will try anything to get their homes sold. I must admit, I'm kind of surprised that Martha Stewart is willing to do it.
