Reverse directory

Hi all,

I was just wondering if anyone is using a reverse directory, similar to Criss Cross. I'd love to be able to get names and addresses for some of those FSBO's that proliferate our market and only have phone numbers in their ads.

Hi Laurie,

I market to FSBO's all the time and use thewhitepages.com to do reverse look ups, it works great with the exception of those who have a unlisted # or post a cell # in the ad.

I once tried to reach the renter's market using the white page reverse - what a nightmare. As far as I can tell, their info (as are most of their competition) is 6 months old. But, it's worth another shot! Thanks.
