Some days there are not enough of me to go around! What is causing all of this activity?I literally had a line at my office door yesterday! Despite the fact that I already had a full day scheduled people just started showing up.

I’m not sure what is causing this sudden flurry of activity, but it is strange how all of a sudden everything seems to be breaking loose.

Take for example, the listing that has been on the market for a year and a half. All of a sudden, FIVE different people make an offer on it.

One might argue that the reason is the low interest rates, but most of these buyers are paying cash. So I have taken a more scientific approach.

After all, there must be some unknown external forces at play here, and after a lot of research I have come to a reasonable conclusion:

It must be the moon!

Although a busy one, yesterday must have been a day of smiles.  Great activity yields for a great month of closings.  At this time of year when historically it pauses for the school year for you to have that flurry is a celebration.  Isn't it funny how one home just never has activity and boom it is the featured home all want!  Great for you and hopefully let the good times continue!  Have a wonderful weekend.
