We are very happy to announce that Davidson Realty made Florida Trend’s list of the 100 Best Companies to Work For! This latest accolade follows on the heels of Davidson placing #25 on The Jacksonville Business Journal’s 50 Fastest Growing Companies in north Florida list and the #1 Best Place to Work (small business category) by the Jacksonville Business Journal. This is the second time Davidson has hit #1 on the Best Places to Work List!

To identify Florida’s best employers, Florida Trend partnered with the Best Companies Group, which surveyed companies about their practices, demographics, and policies. Then, a survey was sent to a sample group of each company’s employees who responded anonymously to 72 questions – two open-ended questions and seven demographic questions. The question’s themes were: Corporate culture and communications; relationship with supervisor; leadership and planning; work environment; role satisfaction; pay and benefits; training and development; and overall engagement. Davidson Realty is always looking to add great Realtors to our team! We hold Career Opportunity Events every month in our building to give new and seasoned agents a look into our company. The next event is September 22nd from 6:30 - 8:00 pm. If you can't make the event, feel free to contact Davidson Realty President, Sherry Davidson for any information or to set up a meeting -  sdavidson@davidsonrealtyinc.com or (904) 940-5000.
