It's a beautiful Weather here in Payson, Arizona.. it is currently 79 degrees, and will be in the upper 80's this evening. Perfect Barbecue Wheather! I have a recipe for Smokin' Barbecued Ribs. Delicious!
INGREDIENTS: 3lb. pork baby back ribs, 1/2 cup water, 1 cup Original or flavor of your choice Barbecue Sauce,
1/2 cup cilantro, 1 canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, and 2 tsp. of orange zest!
TO MAKE IT: Heat grill to medium heat, place 1/2 ribs into large sheet heavy duty foil. Double fold top and one end to seal packet. Add 1/4 cup water,.double fold remaining end, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat for 2nd packet. Grill 45 min. till ribs are done. Meanwhile, blend ingredients in blender until smooth. Remove ribs from foil (discard foil). Return ribs to grill, brush with sauce. Grill 15 min., turning and brushing occasionally with sauce. Then, ENJOY!! YUM!
