The Maxwell House Group Charlotte NC WOW!  What a fantastic week in Charlotte real estate this week!   Great news for Charlotte real estate recovery with positive numbers in from July sales.   Savvy buyers and sellers are moving this week.  Check out the week's single family unbelievable stats:  145 homes Closed in the Charlotte city market this week and 305 more went into Escrow--a 79% increase over last week!!   Charlotte NC real estate is SELLING!  Congratulations to all of our Savvy buyers and sellers who Closed on their Charlotte homes this week and good luck with your move!
