When dealing with sellers and buyers, we let them talk... its the nature of the business to hear them out.  And what they tell me dictates where I need to create that "positive spark".  Some people are pinned down by what they tell themselves from a bad experience.  I really enjoy my job knowing that I can help people see the light when all they see is darkness.  Im full of positive energy, especially knowing that every morning I get up GOD gave me the gift of another beautiful day.  Spreading that energy is fun.

I know a local realtor that is nothing but negative, he's smart but looks at the world as a "victim" (he's broke because...., he's tired because... he's beat up in life because... )

Professionalism is positive energy.  I dont care how smart you are, if you can not be positive about life/the situation then its going to be a tough life/situation to deal with.

Being happy is appreciating what you have in life..... and having that Positive Spark

Sooner or later we are ALL going to take that "eternal dirt nap"  How do YOU want people to remember you when its your time for your eternal nap?  He/she was very positive and sparked alot of energy and fun into people OR He/she was very negative and complained alot and was never happy?

Today in peddling real estate, local area information, the buyer cares less about the agent, broker and has a clock ticking. Give me something to save time, gas, help me to make a decision. How you react to others is the big problem as no one is your twin. (Usually).  Everyone does the best they can and with stretching, growing can do even better.
