Fort Collins Colorado Residential Sales Statistics are Climbing. This is one place that is everybody's first choice when they move to the Front Range. It is always ranking up there in the top 10 places to live. No wonder why. But if you are considering a move here, you might want to consider it now.

With our 1st quarter residential sales at 393 listing the median price for a home in this area at $225,00.00 is pretty good. Homes out here in Fort Collins are generally higher than the surrounding areas such as Loveland, Wellington, LaPorte and Greeley. The homes are also older but still very desirable.

The 2nd quarter out did itself with almost double coming in at 715 residentials sales raising the median price up to $236,000.00.

Folks, the 3rd quarter is already off to a strong start with 333 residential sales pushing the median price up from the 1st quarter a full $25,000.00 coming in at $250,000.00. With the amazingly low interest rates - if your desiring to move into Fort Collins, or want to relocate within the Fort Collins area - the interest rates will help you get into the home you want.

SELLERS, this is GREAT news for you. It is letting you know that the value of your home is creeping up again and it might be time to consider listing your home if you have been thinking about it. With the low rates, your Buyers are clearly paying the higher median price.
