IN CONCLUSION THE MARKET BASICALLY REMAINED STEADY FOR THE 2ND WEEK OF AUGUST. The amount of calls has remained strong for property inquiries. With inventory actually down, now is a great time to sell before winter. The one trend is a switch to full time and full service Real Estate agents who provide full service as oppose dto discount brokers who may provide a discounted type of service.
