Lancaster PA Real Estate recovery July 2011

Despite those who tell us this is an awful market, the statistics display a different story.

Properties sold in Lancaster, PA were up 27.3% comparing sold units in July 2010 to July 2011. 499 properties settled in July 2011 in contrast to 392 in July 2010.

Properties Under Contract in Lancaster, PA were also up 14.7% compairing July 2010 to July 2011. 554 properties went under contract in July 2011 compared to 483 in July 2010. Homes are selling.
