Thomas Edison"Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work."

~Thomas Edison~

Real Estate is an equal opportunity, unequal outcome game.  Where we all can achieve success, yet not all of us do.

It seems that the one big difference between those that HAVE and those that HAVE NOT, is effort.  Effort on the things that are needed in order to create the leads to achieve success.

Real Estate is work, hard work, training, lead generation, legal preparedness...

That opportunity is there for all of us, we just need to get ourselves doing the RIGHT things that will lead us to success.  And know, that it is work...

Love this quote Chris.... I actually have this one on a post-it on my bathroom mirror, with several others, but it's a reminder if you want to be successful it's not going to be easy, it's going to require you to roll your sleeves up and if your not bleeding, sweating, and occassionally crying, you're not pushing yourself hard enough... (Figurtively of course......... sometimes..)..

Love the post!  All we need do as realtors... or anyone looking for success/results.  Is do what we say we will do... and do whatever it takes to get it done.  None of us are victims... except to ourselves.

Yes I do Chris... Just a reminder, do not turn down an opportunity because it looks like it looks a bit more difficult to achieve then other opportunities... Suck it up and "Just do it" (another quote I have on a post-it, along with... "Don't give me excuses, give results"-Skpper the Penguin (from Madagascar) and a few others... Basically I have these quotes staring me in the face each day telling me to work hard and don't make excuses.. :)
