Why Sell Now?

Here we are... the rates are low, investors are looking to put their cash in real estate and its possible prices may go down more based on the news out there. The other factor is this market isn't coming back anytime soon probably 7-10 years and if your located in a very desirable area maybe earlier.

i am located north of San Francisco. In Marin County there is no more space to build which has been an advantage as far as appreciation but the past few years we have been hit in some cities worse than others here. However, not as bad as other counties that have had a lot of land where new developments started and didn't have the funds to complete their jobs. Marin has been a good county for relocation and investors. 

So selling right now is not as bad as you may think in some areas just depends where you live and as a buyer jump in there are some great deals.
