In the Cedar City Real Estate Market, Ashdown Forest is another newer subdivision in Cedar City. It is mostly custom, high end homes. It is a PUD so there are HOA fees associated with it. It was built mostly in 2005, there are still several choice building lots available to build your own custom home.
As I said, it is in city limits and is located at the North East side of Cedar City. Homes in Ashdown Forest range in square footage from 1500 to some that are around 5000 square feet. It is also located on the hill side, with some great views.
There are currently 6 homes listed for sale on the MLS ranging from $179,000 to $365,000. This subdivision has had some short sale and foreclosed properties, but it is still a great subdivision.
Market Update 4/25/2011 There are currently 9 homes listed for sale in the Multiple Listing Service ranging in price from $210,900 to $398,700. This is still one of the premier Subdivisions in the Cedar City Real Estate Market.
Market Update 8/15/2011: There are currently 9 homes listed for sale in Ashdown Forest ranging from $215,000 to $819,900. This is a beautiful Subdivision with great views and beautiful homes
