WOW.  You sold me.  The video is outstanding, I can see why a home would sell quickly with the quality of the video shown.  Good job.

Very professional video, too bad I am not in CO. Also, could you me where you got the statistic "Did you know that statistics show visitors stay on websites that use video 78% longer than websites that do not have video?" I would love to know. I have done a little video promoting but need some motivatation to do more, that stat really got me thinking...

Real estate videos increase your chance of a first page win, place, show up on search engine index by 50 times. Don't plan to only do a few, like just your two most expensive real estate property listings. It does not work that way and you never get good at producing your own, which is what buyers want. Will get from someone else if you don't shoot, edit, render, upload them. Do branded and unbranded version real estate videos for other platforms.

That was quite the video, I think it was very impressive.  The production quality was definitely better than a lot of other videos that I have seen.  I can see why a visitor would stay on the site longer when there is a video like that.

I absolutely loved this house and the video was superb.  I watched the whole thing.  It was like watching a movie. Driving up to the house and the water running in the tub was cool and different.

Debbie - Pounds have nothing to do with it so just make it happen.  Everyone loves your blog and will love your videos even more!

Thank you Eileen - that's a really nice thing to say and agreed - there is a a reason people stay on sites with video longer than any other content.

There's no doubt about it Andrew - video gets you on Googles radar faster than just about anything else and viewers love it so its a win/win in my opinion!

Coming from a photograper who has spent the last 5 years producing virtual tours, your sons are very talented! I really like the panning and motion they used with the dollies.

The only question I'm left with is this: Does this style of video show the home better than virtual tours with mixed still and panoramic images? (see example) I know for sure it's more entertaining to watch, however I'm not sure if the extra production cost adds more value as far as getting a feeling of the overall home layout. Please don't get me wrong, I think it's really, really cool - I'm just not sure if it's overkill for production time/cost vs. what a virtual tour would be for the same home.

What does everyone else think?

Beautiful home with a beautiful video! I would sure be proud if they were my sons! So do you think this would be a wise idea on a home that was less show worthy.....say dated or in poor mechanical shape? Do you think knowing the true condition in advance would discourage people from walking through the door? Have a nice weekend!

Great video production. What a talented bunch. The video does help to visualize the property better than just the 360 tour. I like video better than the virtual tours.

Using video can be a great thing if it is done right, so often i see grainy video, dark images or images that are bouncing all over the place as the agent walks through a home hold their camera making me sea sick

Justin - I think that's a great question and depending on the home and the amount of time editing takes, it may not make sense.  Time is money and if you produce yourself and find it taking hours away from other selling opportunities -- you may want to re-think where your time could be best spent.  Great video btw!
