I have been hearing some agents talk about the concern about the economy. Saying the stock market is down and the USA credit was downgraded from AAA to AA+.

Everything will be fine in real estate. everyone does not need to have stocks, mutual funds, etc... but everyone needs to have a roof over their heads. With the economy they will either be downsizing or upgrading. But real estate will always be there and whats there will sell. |

Margaret, negativity sell in the newspapers, on the news channels, etc... so that is why we see some much of it in all the news media. If GOD came down to earth and walked around curing this earth of sin, all the news medias would be out of business because the nothing negative to report on. So I don't let the economy news bother me at all. If anything it excites me because that is more problems I can solve for people and make a great reputation doing it.
