There are kazillion blogs out there in the internet world. There are mega-zillions on ActiveRain. With so much limited time on everyone's hands, what makes some blogs more interesting and worthwhile to read?

Here's what I look for:

• Headline:  Does the headline convey an interest or a phish?
• Content:  Does the content offer a general topic of interest that pertains to me and what others may be interested in too? Or, does the blog talk about "my fish died today and my cat got a fur ball?"
• Text:  If the blogger has a good topic and I'm willing to read it, then does the blogger have the basics of proper grammar and spelling? If no, then does the blogger improve over time on their written work?
• Media:  Does the blogger command the use of the media by the use of not only text, but use of pictures and videos?
• Sincerity:  Does the blogger show true sincerity in sharing knowledge, skills, leadership, entertainment, and to encourage others to move beyond the norm?
