A Glimmer of Consumer Confidence for Montvale Real Estate - Are Times Changing?

Can This Be Indicative of A Change in the Real Estate Market?

Click For More InfoToday was absolutely amazing. Twenty two groups of visitors came to my Open House in Montvale, New Jersey, within a three hour period, from one to four P.M.  I had purposely not put out any Open House signs, except for the sign in front of the house.  I wanted only serious buyers who would come from my internet advertising and ad in the Bergen Record.  The response was indeed astounding!  There was a buzz of excitement, with many of the visitors discussing placing their homes on the market, and enjoying their visit to this home.

For the past few weeks, we have been seeing anywhere from one to five groups of visitors at Open Houses in the Pascack Valley, with the exception of an Open House I had in Westwood three weeks ago, where we had 15 groups of visitors.

Can it be that the Real Estate in the Pascack Valley may be turning around?  An indication of buyers out and about may be a positive sign that "The Times They Are A Changing" (to quote Bob Dylan).

If I can be of help in your search for a home in the Pascack Valley, or if you are a Seller looking to market your home to a productive sale, just give me a call.  I do answer my cell (201-615-5353), and I look forward to hearing from you!
