Sudbury MA - Housing Market Conditions - Single Family Sales Steady through July

The single family home market in Sudbury MA has remained steady with 97 homes sold in Sudbury between January 1, 2011 and July 31, 2011; almost exactly the same number sold during the same period in 2010.

Median and average sale prices were also very close; the median sale price
was $637,500; the average sale price was $699,243.

In July 2011 there were 23 closed sales; exactly the same as in July 2010. The median sale prices was $610,000; the average was $714,115.
