Thanks Dena! We had over 150 inquiries/bid packages that were sent out. Five registered bidders; high bid was $46,000 plus 10% resulted in a sales price of $50,600 - cash/as-is/where-is. The property had multiple heirs on the title and took some extra time to sort thru several heirs that were discovered during title research. All was well - but it sure did take a lot of work from the title company to work thru the issues. Great job to Land America Austin Title!
