John and Susan came here from Canada as winter visitors and left with a great vacation home in Casa Grande, Arizona. Now this house, located in Cottonwood Ranch, was a gem in the rough so to speak. Among the homes for sale in Casa Grande this one was a definite winner. What I remember about the home was how wonderful the floor design was and the spacious lot.
