OMG I truly hope you were joking when you said "Best" garages... I'd hate to be part of the clean up crew on any one of those garages. Yikes.

And who says garages don't have values. . . . They might not count as square feet but there's value in those shots.

Micahael thanks for the comment, i must say though, that every one of these have sold, well one just went under contract. I am a one man stimulous providing jobs to those who clean them out, make repairs, appraise them, buy them, more fixing and many then resold again.

What a mess!  Sad state or hoarders gone wild... Either way now it's just becoming other people's problem.

I think you definitely lead with the best one out of all of them.   I can't believe the shrubs growing up at the threshold making it impossible to close the door.  Weed killer anyone?

Forgot to tell you Scott, I had a young couple in my office this weekend and we were writing an offer on a bank owned...She commented about the condition of the property (I figured it was about an 7 out of 10 in terms of condition for a bank owned)...I told her naw, bank owned properties can be much worse and I brought her to this blog post and showed her your photos...they suddenly thought they had a 10!

Thanks for the great photos.
