20 Comments on Do you Love Garages? The best garage pictures available
OMG I truly hope you were joking when you said "Best" garages... I'd hate to be part of the clean up crew on any one of those garages. Yikes.
And who says garages don't have values. . . . They might not count as square feet but there's value in those shots.
Scott, Good Grief! Im ready to buy just for the great garage features..Not! Every guy needs his own Man Cave not a Man Hole!
Wow, those are terrible! Funny post, thanks!
Oh my Lord, those are some hoffific pictures! Geeze, looks like some of the disasters I have seen over the years! Thanks for the pictures!
Christina for investors they are "the best", the worse they look, the cheaper they are.
Charlie i could write a book, well at least a good picture book of these great garages. LOL
John it is the "potential". They are loaded with potential along with a ton of othe things.
Lindsay i am glad you liked them. I just wanted to share a day in my life of bank owned home sales.
Micahael thanks for the comment, i must say though, that every one of these have sold, well one just went under contract. I am a one man stimulous providing jobs to those who clean them out, make repairs, appraise them, buy them, more fixing and many then resold again.
What a mess! Sad state or hoarders gone wild... Either way now it's just becoming other people's problem.
Man Scott, this wins the trashed garages prize, oh my goodness.
Scott, those are some scary pictures!! Funny, I never take pictures of garages!
Laura it is a mystery why people leave things behind they do...
Rene that is why i love listing bank owned homes, it is an adventure... it keeps the job from being boring
Connie the banks require me to take pictures of everything, garage, mechanicals, basement and inside the closets. so i really thought everyone would enjoy my pics. I have more.... so part 2 will be out soon when i get some time
I think you definitely lead with the best one out of all of them. I can't believe the shrubs growing up at the threshold making it impossible to close the door. Weed killer anyone?
Chris and the garage door stuck up.. i lve teh landscaping on my first one, it is one of a kind... i am hoping to find some just as nice for part 2.
Forgot to tell you Scott, I had a young couple in my office this weekend and we were writing an offer on a bank owned...She commented about the condition of the property (I figured it was about an 7 out of 10 in terms of condition for a bank owned)...I told her naw, bank owned properties can be much worse and I brought her to this blog post and showed her your photos...they suddenly thought they had a 10!
Thanks for the great photos.
Glad my pictures could help, hopfully their offer was accepted Rene. It is a blessing the smell doesnt come through the screen. that is what really wins over people....
