Was Just featured on the news about the proposed government foreclosure plan!!

Local TV station 16 of Salisbury Maryland stopped by and asked me what I tought about the plan that the government is proposing to sell REO's to investor's to promote affordable rental housing.

Wow, great for you. Not sure what I think of the plan but at least people are talking about getting us to recovery.

At this point anything that can be done that can potentially help increase prices or stabilize foreclosures I think will help. We will wait and see what happens. Thanks for the comment!
