Beautiful Architecture in Balboa Park

We all need to disconnect at times and enjoy simple pleasures. Here are a few ways I like to embrace happiness. Please share some ways that you find pleasure in your daily life.

1. Taking my iPod for a walk on the beach.

2. Watching a movie at home.(I don't care for public theaters)

3. Exploring Balboa Park. I love the trees, flower gardens, architecture and museums.

4. Discovering a new piece of art in any medium. I often hang out with artist and find their company full of life.

5. Dancing

6. Going to see a Broadway Musical.

7. Flirting (even if you are ina relationship, I think a little smile makes everyones day)

8. Decorating my home

9. Enjoying Pets (other peoples) because Im not home enough to properly care for one of my own.

10. Making new friends, going out to dinner and laughing very hard!!

All of those things sound great to me also, Krista. And none of those activities cost much, except the Broadway Musical. Having grown up in L.A., I have been to Balboa Park and love it. Is a smile flirtatious?
