Hi all!
I'm debating transitioning my life to Florida. The big question is where to? And that's where I could use some input. I am divorced and eventually would like to meet someone, my kids are grown, I'm more of a boater than golfer and actually have my own 26 foot boat. I know that I don't want Boca or Ft Lauderdale. Have friends in Naples and in Palm Beach, Delray was also suggested to me, and within those I don't know the preferred areas to look in. What would you reccomend for someone like me? Open to all input.
Also, I will be looking to join a real estate team, preferably with Keller Williams. So looking for suggestion there too. My plan is to go down beginning of October and look with one of those teams in each of the areas over about 10 days. That way we can interview eachother while I learn about the areas.
