Team Workflow HomepageAgent Press Room is responsive to your feedback, and now that Team Workflow has had the chance to be reviewed by hundreds of agents, we've started acting on what you've told us. We've just released our first major enhancement to the Team Workflow since it's release last month - I'm personally very pleased at the response we're getting to it, and I hope it can benefit you as well.

Website Facelift: We've made several small changes to the TWF website, including putting a new logo & graphic on the main page. The logo was changed to better match our upcoming Team Callback software, and the website image showing a multicultural team of realtors was replaced with the image shown on your right.

Why the change? Our customers felt that the previous image was too generic, and didn't represent the order-management nature of the software product well enough. Our new image blends the shape of an arrow with a house, and more accurately represents the purpose of this product.

We have received several questions from agents asking exactly what Team Workflow IS and what it DOES. In short, you can think of it like "Excel on Steroids", as it uses an AJAX-enhanced online spreadsheet to let you quickly & accurately manage BPO, REO, and Appraisal orders.

A free 1-month trial of Team Workflow is available on the website. The product starts at $19.95 a month, with no contracts and no commitments.

Order Status EnhancementsGUI Enhancements: In addition to the public website, we also made a slew of usability enhancements to the Team Workflow web-interface. Customer feedback indicated that the screen was too crowded initially, and while agents liked having a solid dashboard view of their orders, they also had trouble identifying all of the data-elements on the screen.

One solution to this issue was to reskin the application with a monochrome color scheme. Feedback indicated that agents felt overwhelmed with all of the colors associated with each status indicator, and thus the helpful color-coding served to confuse many users.

We rebuilt the status indicators using monochromatic colors, and with new labels that better indicate each step of the valuations process. Clicking these indicators sets the status for the order, and clicking the final indicator automatically archives it for future reference.

Order Status EnhancementsWe additionally made changes to the order identification section on the left-hand side of the GUI, but moving the "priority" indicator into the order itself, and by combining the order type and team sharing status into a single indicator.

Thus, we freed up a considerable amount of screen real-estate and made it much easier to focus on important order information rather than being distracted with status details.
