St. Kitts is one of the condominium buildings in Costa Bella collection by Cook Development. Other condominiums in the series are Marbella, Bella Vista, and Palma Bella. All of them are in Daytona Beach Shores.

St. Kitts in Daytona Beach Shores

Located at 2855 S Atlantic Ave in Daytona Beach Shores, St. Kitts, built in 2004, is the first and at 6 storeys and 24 units - the smallest building in Costa Bella collection (Marbella also has 24 units, but it is a 7-storey building).

St. Kitts is the last condo on the north side of the Oceans condo complex. North of it there is over half a mile of beachfront single family homes. St. Kitts is an L-shaped building with the unit counts going counterclockwise, with units 1, 2 and 3 being direct oceanfront, and line 4 – ocean view. Sizes range from 2,325 sf to 2,600 sf.

This is the only condominium building with 10' ceiling height for every floor in St. Kitts. Granite countertops are standard, crown molding in foyer and all formal areas, recessed kitchen lights, whirlpool tubs in Master Baths.

Being the last condo in the Oceans condo row makes it very private and if you are on the north side, it feels very secluded. One of the strictest restrictions on rentals, one year minimum, adds to that feeling.

Jon, this unit 204 is such a good deal. It has just been reduced, was $350K, and there never was a price like that in the  building. What a good buy.
