How many times have we dealt with Realtors who seem to have an emotional attachment to their buyers and their buyers property. Sometimes develop an adverserial relationship with the other Realtor, even though we both have the same goal. To sell the house. Offering un-asked for opinions, except in warranted situations, is uncalled for. PRESENT THE OFFER. Let the customer decide. Please don't do it in a negative manner .Remember,we both get paid if the deal goes through.Be PROFESSIONAL in all that you do.Guide you customer through the process.in a positive manner.Respond to any offers in a timely manner.Represent your customer as you would want to be represented.

David-great post and oh so true...keep your personal feelings out of it and just relay the info.  Why do agents insist on verbalizing their mere mortal opinion?  Today I dealt with just this....an agent getting emotional during a transaction....why....I say just get it done!

Davide- We are conduits to the transaction. We should represent but not get emotionally attached to the transaction. Good post.

Well said.  So articulate and concise, yet true and to the point.  Bravo.  I wish all Realtors would take this sage advice.
