The inventory of homes in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley is shrinking dramatically this quarter. The days on market is correspondingly shrinking. Below is a great chart which shows how the days inventory is at its lowest level since the Bubble of 2004-2005. This chart is from the Cromford Report which is a highly respected real estate statistical firm in the Valley.
