This is great.
This guy went to college students with High GPAs and asked them to sign a petition to redistribute the points to students with lower GPAs.
A 4.0 GPA is excessive, you don't really need anything over a 3.5 so they will that the extra points and give it to students that may have had to work two jobs or didn't have the same opportunities as other students.
Just like our tax system. We keep raising taxes on the wealthy to give the money to others.
