SAY WHAAAAAT???? I'm not joking! I submitted a full short sale package to CHFA ( Connecticut Housing Finance Authority )yesterday. Approval letter came today, with full debt satisfaction. If only every one were that easy!!! If you are thinking of selling your connecticut home in a short sale, you need an experienced CT Short sale agent that can deliver results like this for you!!!

Thats great Pat - I recieved Short Sale approval from CHFA with one phone call once. I called and he said "Sure we will take that. Email me and I will email you back the approval letter." BOOM done. Not 15 minutes. That was after waiting 4 months with Citi through all the BS for the first mortgage!
