Welcome to Germonds Village in Bardonia, New York!
This community was built in 1972. It consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominiums on either the first floor or the second floor. The square footage of these condos is 756 square feet.
There is plenty of parking and it is easy to get from the parking area to your individual condo.
The units are light and bright and sunny and the rooms are spacious, with many closets. Many of the units have been upgraded. These updated units have kitchens with new, high-end cabinetry and countertops, and updated bathrooms, too.
The ground floor units are easy to get into, with very few steps.
Each building has a laundry room and extra storage for each condo. Some of the condos have their own washers and dryers installed.
The condos face a courtyard which is lush and green. All of the units have lovely terraces facing the courtyard.
There is a pool for this community and an area for picnics and barbecues.
Germonds Village is in the heart of Clarkstown. Residents of this unit are close to transportation, shopping, restaurants, and they can make use of all the facilites available to people who live in Clarkstown.
Pets are not allowed in Germonds Village.
Bardonia is in the center of Rockland County and close to the NYS thruway (I-87), which leads east to the Tappan Zee bridge to Westchester and Connecticut, or west to I-287 and New Jersey. The Palisades Interstate Parkway (PIP) and the Garden State Parkway are also located nearby. There are many commuter options available when living in Bardonia, as well.
At the time of the writing of this article there are no units on the market, but please contact me and I will let you know if there are any on the market at the time of your call.
Between January 1, 2010 and the time of the writing of this article, units have sold between $170,000 and $195,000.
