What is the best advertising? It is that time of the year again. Time for the yellow page folks to come around and promise how great their advertising is and how much it will help your business grow. But the newspapers promise a great ROI as well as folks that mail out postcards to zip codes. But we all know that most people listen to the radio and watch TV. Would that be the best advertising? Of course, we cannot forget the calls and e-mails that promise that my website will be the number one on google if I just let them have a bit of my money and they will work miracles!
Well, certainly advertising is important and each method has a purpose and will reach a certain type of client but what is the best? That has to be the least expensive method and that is referrals. This comes from giving excellent customer, cultivating relationships, and being the best at what you do. Whatever method works the best for you I am sure it is because experience has taught them that you can be trusted. That is what a referral is all about.
