8 Comments on Good News from Warren Buffet!
Good morning Cathy-lets hope Mr. Buffet is right-allt he other news is dismal. I am optimistic our industry will keep improving and hoping for the best. Have a great weekend!
Finally some one with some common sense, investing is a long term strategy.
I sure hope he is correct. Though we are seeing another slow down in our area with the current stock market volitility.
Hi Cathy - I also saw his interview and was impressed by it - but then, he became one of my heroes when he teamed up with Bill Gates to show the rest of the rich guys how to do philanthropy without ego. Thanks for posting this.
@ Marco - he usually is. Most investors that are "serious" follow his moves. He is THE Shaker! So this is very good news. Thanks for your post.
@ David - That's what I'm sayin'
@ Dawn - Unfortunately, people make BIG decisions based on emotions. Believe it or not, there is an algabraic formula to value stocks and bonds but it's not used commonly :)
@ Dick - Yep! You're welcome!
Hi Cathy,
One of the very few people most will agree on is one of the brightest and sharpest thinkers in the USA, it is a boost to the confidence in the construction and real estate ection that he believes it offers pfanntastic value today.....
Cathy, Warren Buffet is a bright minded and one of the most financially intellectual people out there and very seldom wrong.
Ty
Buffett is seldom wrong - but what is the mechanism that boosts construcition by the end of this year? I don't see the impetus on a national level. I agree that building is essential and the housing market are essential for overall prosperity. One reason - you can't outsource it and so it PAYS WELL. I was a molecular biologist by trade and found myself engaged in a race to the bottom - so I switched to something that can not be sent to China.
