Home Mortgage Interest Deduction May Soon Be History.
For several years there has been talk of eliminating the Home Mortgage Interest Deduction, but this time it looks like it may finally happen. The combination of this, along with the other recent government blunderings, is not going to help the housing market recover anytime soon. The very same people that broke the system are now in charge of trying to fix it.
