Another Successful Home Sale in Wales MA

Congratulations to my buyers, who found their first home in Wales MA. This 3-bedroom home was just right for their needs and their budget. The sellers had updated the kitchen and flooring - it was in move-in condition. The home is located on a beautiful lot; the yard feels like a private park, with mature trees and stone walls. In addition, this property is located in close proximity to a popular nature conservancy - a wonderful setting in all seasons.

I wish my clients many happy memories in their new home in lovely Wales, Massachusetts!
